Shipping Policy

• The orders will be delivered within 10 business days. Sundays and national holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery can take longer in certain unforeseen situations like lockdowns, natural disasters, etc.

• Most of the products are ready to ship and are dispatched with 1-3 days after the order is placed. In case of bulk orders, the dispatch and delivery time will depend on the volume and nature of the order and will be communicated to you.
• We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
• Once the order is dispatched, customer will be notified about the order status and tracking link on SMS and email from time to time till the order is delivered.
• We are unable to ship to certain pin codes. A customer can only place an order after verifying that the delivery pin code is in our serviceable area.

·         The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch or lost in transit by us.
